How does it actually work?
Clairova uses Hypochlorous Acid (HOCl) — a plant-based active that's the same molecule your immune system produces to fight bacteria. Instead of covering up odor with fragrance, it neutralizes the odor-causing bacteria directly on contact. That's why it doesn't just smell different for a few hours and come back — the source is actually gone. Fragrance sprays do the opposite: the scent mixes with the odor and can make it smell even funkier.
How long does it take to dry?
Under 60 seconds. The formula is an ultra-fine mist, so it doesn't soak into gear the way a heavier spray would — you can spray and go without waiting around.
Is it safe on all fabrics?
Yes — mesh, leather, neoprene, foam, and performance fabrics are all safe. We'd still recommend testing on a small hidden area first if you're using it on something delicate or unusual, just as a general precaution with any spray.
What's your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days. Items need to be unopened and unused — once a bottle's been opened we can't accept it back for hygiene and safety reasons. Refunds are processed within a few business days of us receiving and inspecting the return.
How fast is shipping?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Standard shipping typically takes a few more days after that, and orders over $50 ship free on standard shipping — free shipping does not apply to express shipping. We currently only ship within the US.
